Morse Code Translator

Privacy

Last updated: 2026-10-07

This page explains, in plain English, what happens to information when you use the Morse code translator on this site. It is not a contract and it does not name specific privacy laws.

Text you type

The translator runs in your browser. The text and Morse code you enter stay on your device for that work. This site does not upload that text to translate it, play it, or build a WAV file.

Cookies, ads, and analytics

Today the site sets no cookies of its own for tracking. It does not load analytics scripts, advertising networks, or other third-party trackers. A theme preference may be stored in your browser’s local storage so the light or dark choice can stick between visits. That value stays on your device.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard server logs for requests to the site, such as the address of the page requested, the time, and technical details about the connection. Those logs are part of running the host, not part of the translator reading your message.

Share links

Copy share link builds an address with your text after the # symbol. Browsers do not send the hash to the server when they load the page. Anyone you give that link to can see the text in the address, so treat it like anything else you would paste into a message.
